R&D Department
Lead by Mr Lei&Yao, who has more than 12 years of baby carrier &diaper bag
design and brand building experience ,the design team has a
good routine to visit baby accessory market to seek their new
idea. Also they will have 3-5 new styles brought up and tested
every season. The policy of R&D team is never focus on
quantity but only for functional, quality and practical.

| Purchasing Department Nancy Kong has worked for big baby textile factory for more than 13 years and quite familiar with urban suppplier and importing channel. We also has experience on selecting of enviroment materials to follow the international standard as CE,REACH, SGS. |

| Sales Department Leaded by Mandy Zheng, the sales team will have marketing discussion on new trend or needs from customers and exhibition and to share the collected info with R&D department. At the same time we have good commucation process with workshop to react quickly on sales ascting. |

| Quality Control System Before production, We will have the problems exposed in sample team first. And as we are moving assembly line, in which way we can have middle inspection on each separate parts before the final sewing process. Then have the 2nd inspection on Ironing process and the 3rd on packaging process. So we can find the problems and the defective parts at the very beginning to avoid big loss and improve the efficiency. |
